Our Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@compilecouture.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the correct size. This is the fastest way to get what you need.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@compilecouture.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
